The role involves traveling to various projects, performing maintenance, and assisting in equipment preparation at the Houston facility.

Responsibilities
Properly train, observe and oversee our client’s contractors in the processes of installing Zap-Lok pipelines
Occasional heavy lifting, working in various harsh weather climates, and troubleshooting and repairing Zap-Lok equipment used in installation process
Travel to various pipeline installation projects, domestic and international
Remain on site until job is complete, working the same hours as the contractor
Assist in preparing pipe for field installation, otherwise referred to as Zap-Lok End Preparation
Work with mechanics in performing maintenance and repairs to the Zap-Lok equipment
Qualification
Required
Candidate should have obtained at least a High School Diploma or GED
Candidate must be physically able to perform tasks that include: moving heavy objects, working long hours on occasion, and have common knowledge of basic hand tools
Must have good driving record
Must be able to communicate and interact, in a professional manner, with contractors and clients
Candidate will be drug tested prior to employment, and will participate in random drug testing thereafter
The ability and desire to travel domestically and internationally for potentially weeks at a time
Provide employment history and credible references
Preferred
Oil and Gas Industry experience a plus
Pipeline construction experience a plus
Experience with hydraulic and/or diesel equipment a plus
