Office Assistant
Phoenix Tax Consultants, LLC. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join their team. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support, manage office operations, and assist with various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Google & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Sheets)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
Familiarity with office management software and phone systems
Ability to relocate to Phoenixville, PA 19460 before starting work
