They are looking for an Excavation Sales Representative to conduct sales visits and offer excavation, plumbing, and HVAC services to meet customers' needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to create rapport with customers quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct sales visits offering our excavation services, emphasizing or recommend services based on knowledge of customers' needs
Answer customers' questions about services, prices, availability, and/or credit terms
Follow-up with current customers to offer established solutions to their problems
Marking dig locations completely and accurately
Taking pictures and video of customers' site and writing accurate notes to then upload to our job management system for use by excavation technicians to complete services requested
Some nights and weekends are required
Qualification
Required
1+ years' experience in outside sales
Ability to quickly create rapport with customers
Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills
Great attention to detail
Must be coachable and willing to learn new things
High-energy individual who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and professionalism along with personal integrity and respect for others
Able to pass background check and drug screen
Preferred
sales of in-home services preferred but not required
