Air Force Account Field Sales Engineer

CACI International Inc is seeking an Air Force Account Field Sales Engineer to represent CACI S2 as a Subject Matter Expert in Electro-Magnetic Spectrum Operations, Electronic Warfare, and Signals Intelligence. The role involves providing Field Sales Engineering support to existing customers and assisting in the development and sustainment of the Air Force Account.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to S2 Products specifically EW and SIGINT to further growth in the Air Force account
Demonstrate CACI S2 products in various locations supporting government testing, demonstrations of capability, integration, and regression testing
Translate customer requirements into internal engineering requirements to support spiral improvements to the product line
Assists the Account Managers in sales and activities and creation of opportunities
Assist Business Development in capture goals
Create and maintain opportunities related to the Air Force account in the CACI Products CRM tool Salesforce
Provide weekly status reports to CACI sales and BD leads for the Air Force Account
Provide and/or assist in new equipment training and train the trainer courses of instruction related to the Air Force Account
Provide onsite equipment support at customer sites, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs
Maintain diligent mobile phone, text, and email communication with internal company chain of command and customer POCs

Required

Bachelors degree or at least 15 years of operational experience operating DOD spectrum management, EW or SIGINT systems in an operational environment
Former Air Force TAC-P or SRO
Active TS/SCI due to the customer set
Experience directly related to Air Force employment of EW/SIGINT Equipment
Detailed understanding of DOD Spectrum management, EW and/or SIGINT operations in all domains
Detailed understanding of RF fundamentals, including but not limited to, propagation, detectability, and direction finding
Self driven and have the ability to interact with the customer to understand the requirements of that customer and translate those to engineering requirements unsupervised
Ability to travel on short notice to demonstrate CACI S2 systems in an appropriate environment
Understanding of DOD Service organizations, also a detailed understanding of the different functions inside DOD Service organizations
Ability to lead training classes with customer users

Preferred

Experience with sales, front-end of the business, Face-to-Face customer interactions
Familiarity with Joint DoD RF tactical communication systems, applications, and wireless networking
Enjoys working with people, developing relationships, and sharing knowledge
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-stakes environment and work as a team
Prior Military MOS, NEC, or Officer Designation in an EW/SI specialty
