Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile applications, from concept through launch
Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
Translate complex requirements into clear, elegant interaction patterns
Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across products
Plan and conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and contextual inquiry
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design recommendations
Partner with Product and Research teams to validate assumptions and test solutions early and often
Advocate for the user by grounding design decisions in real customer insights
Contribute to and evolve the company’s design system and component library
Ensure consistency in visual language, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards
Collaborate with Engineering to ensure accurate and scalable implementation of designs
Document design standards, patterns, and best practices
Partner closely with Product Managers to define requirements, success metrics, and UX strategy
Work with Engineers to ensure feasibility, quality, and fidelity in execution
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership
Incorporate feedback while maintaining a strong point of view grounded in UX principles
Apply accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive design
Conduct usability audits and recommend improvements to existing experiences
Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business outcomes
Mentor junior designers through design critiques and feedback
Help elevate design quality and UX maturity across the organization
Champion user-centered design practices and design thinking methodologies
Qualification
Required
6–10+ years of experience in UX or Product Design roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work on complex digital products
Proven experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile product teams
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Ability to create interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder alignment
Preferred
Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, or large-scale consumer products
Familiarity with data-informed design (using analytics to guide decisions)
Experience contributing to or building design systems
Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
