Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis, modeling, and operational reporting to support business decision-making
Generate and analyze reports including profit & loss statements, claims analysis, and revenue cycle metrics
Conduct strategic planning support, project coordination, and advanced data analysis
Manage, audit, and maintain financial, system, and cybersecurity-related data
Support healthcare IT compliance, security, and system access controls
Work cross-functionally with developers and internal stakeholders to design and improve operational applications and tools
Support technical initiatives such as payment portals, software platforms, and vendor research
Utilize data and analytics tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI) where applicable to build models and insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Web-savvy and comfortable working with modern software tools and platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience in financial analysis, data modeling, systems management, or operations
Exposure to programming languages, healthcare IT, or cybersecurity
