Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development, preferably in the healthcare or eye care industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strategic planning, analytical problem-solving, and organizational skills to analyze market trends and meet sales goals
Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software for tracking and reporting metrics
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage territory effectively, and adapt to dynamic environments
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Greater St. Louis area for client visits and corporate engagements
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with ophthalmic medical devices, procedures, or related fields is a plus
