They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Rheumatologist to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal and systemic autoimmune diseases while collaborating with a supportive team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive rheumatological care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and long-term management of patients with rheumatic conditions
Conduct thorough patient histories, physical examinations, and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab results, imaging)
Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and referrals to other specialists as needed
Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities
Collaborate effectively with primary care physicians, other specialists, and support staff

Qualification

Board-certified in RheumatologyMDDO degreeCompletion of Rheumatology fellowshipValid medical license in FloridaClinical skillsEmpathy skillsCommunication skillsInterpersonal skillsTeamwork skills

Required

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine
Completion of an accredited fellowship program in Rheumatology
Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology
Valid and unrestricted medical license in Florida
DEA registration
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current rheumatology practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
