Responsibilities
Provide senior-level administrative support with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
Manage complex, dynamic calendars and resolve competing priorities independently
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare executive materials, agendas, and follow-ups in partnership with Business Execution and Finance teams
Coordinate meetings, executive events, investor/analyst engagements, and offsites
Manage comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
Prepare, review, and approve expense reports
Track action items and ensure timely execution across stakeholders
Collaborate with peer Executive Assistants and provide coverage as needed
Qualification
Required
Significant experience supporting C-suite or equivalent senior executives in a complex organization
Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and business acumen
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Background in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Financial Services strongly preferred
