Responsibilities
Prepare and upload journal entries, including recurring and intercompany entries
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
Perform account and intercompany reconciliations
Assist with financial reporting (P&L and Balance Sheet)
Support accounts receivable and cash receipt activities
Assist with fixed assets tracking and reporting
Coordinate with internal teams to meet reporting deadlines
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years of accounting experience
Hands-on experience with journal entries and month-end close
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
Experience with Oracle
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work onsite and manage deadlines independently
Preferred
Experience in media, entertainment, or large corporate environments
Intercompany accounting exposure
