Responsibilities
Support audits and regulatory assessments through planning, documentation, and reporting
Prepare reports and presentations by analyzing and summarizing data
Maintain strong relationships with business units and address compliance concerns
Assist in drafting and maintaining policies and procedures, including risk and gap analysis
Collaborate with internal teams and subsidiaries to ensure regulatory alignment
Manage vendor oversight and issue management with attention to detail and deadlines
Provide recommendations for process improvements and compliance enhancements
Conduct risk assessments, build process maps, and propose action plans
Communicate findings and mitigation strategies to management and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years in compliance, regulatory, or financial services preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook)
Preferred
Experience in policy development, risk assessments, and vendor management
Demonstrated ability to foster internal relationships and maintain confidentiality
