Responsibilities

Client Consulting: Serve as a change management consultant for client organizations, leading transformational change initiatives related to technology and process changes

Communication Strategy: Develop and execute communication plans that ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging for clients, across various stakeholders and organizational levels

Change Champion Networks: Design and manage client change champion networks to drive engagement, advocacy, and feedback loops within client organizations

Cultural Change: Lead clients through culture change efforts to align organizational behavior with business transformation goals, ensuring smooth adoption and transition

Business Analysis Integration: Apply business analysis expertise to align change management efforts with clients' business processes, ensuring seamless integration of changes into their operations

Process Mapping : Quickly evaluate key challenges to the business and develop process maps to address gaps and key areas for improvement

Project Management: Build and maintain detailed change management project plans for clients, track milestones, and report progress, ensuring timely delivery of change initiatives

Executive Presence: Consult and engage with client executives, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on change initiatives and their strategic impact

Status Reporting: Deliver comprehensive status updates, dashboards, and metrics to client executives, illustrating change readiness, adoption rates, and overall project success

Training and Support: Oversee the development of client training programs and support structures to ensure their employees are equipped to adopt new processes and technologies

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to drive alignment and support for change management initiatives

Required

8-10+ years of relevant work experience in a consulting role focused on organizational change management, business analysis, and technology transformation for large-scale projects

Proven experience in delivering change management consulting services to clients, with a strong track record of managing large technology and process change initiatives

In-depth understanding of business processes and the ability to integrate change management solutions with client business goals

Strong project management capabilities, able to develop detailed project plans and manage multiple client workstreams while delivering comprehensive status reports

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience crafting and executing client-facing communication strategies across various organizational levels

Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to consult with and influence client leadership teams
