Responsibilities
Support attorneys with all stages of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
Draft, review, and organize real estate contracts, closing documents, and related materials
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and transaction records
Coordinate closings, title work, and lien searches
Serve as a point of contact for clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure seamless transactions
Conduct legal research on real estate and financing matters
Assist attorneys with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
6+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively onsite in Tampa
Preferred
Knowledge of real estate finance and lending is a plus
