Responsibilities
Partner with hiring teams to manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including workforce planning, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding
Recruit passive candidates and evaluate motivations to ensure long-term alignment
Conduct in-depth interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences to maintain strong offer-to-interview ratios
Leverage varied sourcing strategies including external networks, job boards, and internal referrals
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through ongoing relationship management
Cultivate strong partnerships across stakeholder groups to meet recruiting metrics
Support off-site recruiting activities such as job fairs, conferences, and professional events
Qualification
Required
3+ years of recruiting or recruiting-related experience
Experience using an ATS for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates, preferably SuccessFactors
Experience managing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to identify process improvements and apply curiosity-driven problem solving
Preferred
Experience in sales or call center environments is a plus
