Active CPA (CA) or JD/active law license required
4–7+ years of progressive experience in corporate income tax compliance and consulting
Proven expertise in ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes, including preparation, review, and audit
Prior experience in public accounting (Top 15 firm or large regional)
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and corporate income tax regulations
Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Must be willing to work on-site at least two days per week
Preferred
Proficiency with OneSource Tax Provision (OTP)
