Yanfeng Automotive Interiors is the global leader in automotive interiors, redefining vehicle experiences. The Manager of IT Systems will lead application support for PLM, Launch, and Engineering applications in the NA region, focusing on customer support and technical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

In partnership with the broader IT organization, lead all aspect of application support for the NA region. As need arises, also lead, or coordinate with other leads on global applications and initiatives that require NA involvement
Responsible for working with IT customers on key issues that otherwise cannot be handled by the standard IT helpdesk support team
Plan and execute necessary application upgrades, maintenance support, hardware maintenance, and application optimization initiatives
Partner with the PLM COE Architecture and Operations leaders to define hand over criteria and supportability of the deployed solutions
Identify and recommend CI initiatives for improving the cost and quality of services to our business customers
Communication with leadership from Business and IT about all projects and enhancements., business UAT team and key stakeholders
Develop and implement small custom functionalities using Teamcenter ITK, RAC, SOA, and BMIDE
Create and manage data model extensions, business objects, properties, rules, handlers, and conditions using BMIDE

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
10+ years of experience in this or similar role
Extensive experience in delivering world class customer support in the PLM and Engineering domain regarding: Engaging business customers, Managing customer expectations, Defining deliverables timelines in accordance with the overall Project Timeline, Proven leadership and ability to work across teams and regions, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, High communication skills required at all levels, Effective presentation style for all levels of stakeholders
Support and Technical experience for core PLM and Engineering process such as: Direct Material/Part Management, CAD Data Management, CAD, CAE, CAx authoring tools, BOM Management, Product Change Management, Variant Configuration Management, Prototype Management, ERP integration and Launch
Functional experience with applications such as: SharePoint, Visio or ARIS, Office applications, Launch and Engineering applications
Technical experience with applications such as: Catia, NX, CAE tools, Web servers, Application servers, Enterprise Integration technology, Teamcenter PLM or 3DE, General Engineering applications
Hands on experience with configuration and customization of the below Teamcenter modules: Program Planning, Workflows, Organization, BOM Management, Change management, CAD Integrations, Access Manager, Projects, Query builder, Product Configurator, Structure Manager, Manufacturing Process Planner etc
