Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any concerns
Promote bank products and services to customers and refer them to appropriate departments as needed
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all bank policies and procedures
Assist with opening and closing procedures and perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in customer service or cash handling
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
