Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support organizational objectives
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate pricing, profitability, and business trends across products, customers, and lines of business
Prepare and present financial reports, KPIs, and departmental expenses to management
Support commercial teams with pricing and profitability analysis
Lead cost reporting and analysis initiatives, focusing on cost reduction and margin improvement
Analyze and report on factory overheads, labor efficiency, and supply chain costs, recommending opportunities for savings
Participate in the development of sales, operations, and SG&A budgets
Oversee inventory management and reporting
Collaborate with various departments to provide financial guidance and track key initiatives
Utilize advanced data mining and systems skills; Power BI experience is preferred
Qualification
Required
BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting and inventory accounting systems
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data to leadership
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing finance is desired
Power BI experience is preferred
