If not experience in banking litigation, a desire to dig in and learn a new practice

Candidate must have experience handling a case from file to trial/finality

Preferred experience in depositions, trial, mediation, and motions practice in both state and federal court

Valid Texas Bar License - must be current

Firm will consider individuals with business that would like to join at the shareholder level
