Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end integration of Incode's identity platform with client systems, ensuring smooth deployment and performance stability
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across web and API integrations with precision and speed
Build and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs (Web & Mobile), optimizing for reliability and security
Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to enhance integration flows, platform capabilities, and client experience
Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver high-quality support and technical enablement to enterprise clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within enterprise SaaS environments
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js
Expertise in RESTful API integration and debugging
Skilled in integrating third-party SDKs (Web/Mobile)
Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design
Strong command of Git and development tools (VS Code, Webpack, Vite, Parcel, npm/yarn)
Familiar with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Selenium)
Experienced with web security best practices (CORS, CSRF, XSS, OAuth, JWT)
Software architecture: Experience on software designs, languages, and architectural patterns
Databases and integration: Familiarity with databases and technologies for integrating different systems
Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities
Preferred
Cloud computing: Expertise with the ability to design scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-native solutions, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
DevOps: Proficiency in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline the software delivery process
Networking and security: Understanding of computer networks, IT security management, and compliance
