AIT Engineer

Responsibilities

Execute mechanism assembly and integration activities, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality build processes
Lead and support environmental and functional testing, including developing documentation, tooling, and procedures
Participate in design and analysis reviews and recommend improvements that enhance integration efficiency and test accommodation
Optimise manufacturing and assembly processes in collaboration with design engineers
Prepare technical reports summarising findings, trends, and operational insights
Support anomaly investigations, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
Provide hands-on support to production teams to ensure smooth build operations

Qualification

Mechanical EngineeringAerospace ExperienceElectro-mechanical TestingTeamwork SkillsCommunication Ability

Required

Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or similar)
Familiarity with mechanical or electro-mechanical mechanism testing and development
Strong adaptability, teamwork skills, and communication ability
US work eligibility required

Preferred

Prior experience in aerospace or complex hardware manufacturing
