Manage the full client intake and onboarding process, handling inquiries and ensuring productive handoffs to attorneys

Audit recent intakes, identify gaps, and resolve backlogs to stabilize workflows and document management

Establish and track core intake metrics, providing regular updates to leadership to ensure accountability and progress

Collaborate with consultants to optimize Clio usage, refining workflows and automations for maximum efficiency

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, guides, and training materials for client intake processes

Handle sensitive and emotional client situations with empathy, guiding them through the complexities of the legal process

Required

3-5+ years in a law firm environment handling end-to-end client intake processes
