Pacer ETFs is seeking an experienced ETF Trading, Capital Markets & Portfolio Operations Associate to support the daily management and execution of their exchange-traded funds. This role involves ensuring the efficient functioning of ETF portfolios by collaborating with various stakeholders and managing trades and cash flows.

Responsibilities

Maintain index and portfolio holdings data across trading, accounting, and portfolio systems

Monitor portfolio vs. benchmark to ensure accurate tracking and compliance

Plan and execute ETF rebalances based on index reconstitution schedules

Monitor capital gains and losses and coordinate tax-efficient trading with Portfolio Managers

Manage daily fund cash , including dividends, fees, and corporate action proceeds

Process and monitor corporate actions across portfolio holdings

Perform daily position, trade, and cash reconciliations and resolve breaks

Support creation and redemption baskets , including custom and cash baskets

Work with Authorized Participants and market makers to support liquidity and bid-ask spreads

Monitor ETF flows, premiums/discounts, and trading activity

Execute equity, Treasury, and FX trades for rebalances, cash, and corporate actions

Maintain trades and settlement instructions in the OMS

Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and fund accountants to ensure timely settlement

Support new ETF launches , including portfolio, index, and trading setup
