Oak Grove Technologies, LLC is a dynamic federal contractor committed to national security and supporting veterans. They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Red Team Software Developer to design and develop penetration testing capabilities and support red team operations for critical systems.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing penetration testing / red team operations capabilities to help validate the security of our nation's most critical systems, including performing reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and exploit development

Leveraging your expertise with C2 tools like Cobalt Strike to deliver integrated capabilities to maximize our red team operator's ability to achieve mission objectives

Quickly crafting new scripts and capabilities to directly support active red team operations to ensure they have the capabilities they need for mission success

Working hand-in-hand with our expert operations team to ensure mission-aligned design and development of long-term capabilities to enable their continued mission success

Required

U.S. Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility are required. (Highly qualified candidates with a Secret Clearance may also be considered.)

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

10+ years combined education/experience in software development, systems engineering, offensive security or cyber operations

3+ years of experience with C/C++/C# software development, including expertise in red team / offensive cyber operations capability development for Windows

Development and use of Command-and-Control (C2) frameworks/capabilities, especially Cobalt Strike

Ability to pass the Advanced Cyber Red Team Senior Developer Aptitude Test (SDAT) prior to onboarding

Willingness and ability to travel 15% (CONUS/OCONUS)

Preferred

Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD) Experience

Experience with Command and Control frameworks / capabilities, especially Cobalt Strike

Experience with advanced red team / offensive cyber operations

Desired skills/certifications: Offensive Security Experienced Penetration Tester (OSEP), Advanced Windows Exploitation/ Offensive Security Exploitation Expert (OSEE), GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN), GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM)
