SnapLogic Technical Support Lead (Only USC or GC)
Ampstek is seeking a SnapLogic Technical Support Lead to oversee the support and operations of the SnapLogic integration platform. In this role, you will manage a team in a 24x7 support environment, handling incidents, service requests, and driving automation initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of approximately 17 members in a 24x7 support environment, ensuring adherence to ITSM processes
Manage incidents, service requests, bug fixes, minor enhancements, and RCA for problem tickets
Coordinate with offshore teams for daily status updates, deliverables, and shift handover calls
Maintain client status reporting and drive continuous improvements and automation initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 years of experience in SnapLogic Support and Operations projects
Must be SnapLogic Integration and Admin Certified
Must have working knowledge of ServiceNow
Must have good understanding of ITSM processes
Candidates must be authorized to work without employer-based visa sponsorship
