Senior Accounting Manager
Naterra International is a high-growth US sales and marketing company of beauty, baby care, and personal care products. The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee the company’s accounting operations, financial close, and reporting processes while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and operational scalability.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality financial reporting for management and stakeholders
Own the integrity of the general ledger and ensure all accounting transactions are recorded in compliance with U.S. GAAP
Provide leadership and oversight to the accounting team, driving standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all accounting processes
Partner cross-functionally with Operations to oversee inventory accounting, including annual physical counts, cycle counts, reconciliations, and valuation
Prepare and deliver financial analyses, management reports, and variance analyses to support strategic planning and business decisions
Oversee the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor performance against plans
Manage core accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and general ledger
Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and resolution of discrepancies
Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls to safeguard company assets and support audit readiness
Monitor cash flow and liquidity, providing visibility and recommendations to leadership
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax filings, coordinating with external advisors as needed
Lead preparation for and coordination of annual external audits, acting as a primary liaison with auditors and ensuring smooth, on-time completion
Evaluate and enhance accounting systems, tools, and workflows to support company growth and scalability
Implement best practices in accounting, financial reporting, and controls, aligned with a high-performing finance organization
Recruit, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering a high-accountability, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to build a strong accounting bench
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Active CPA required
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including people management
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience leading close and audit processes
Preferred
Prior experience in a high-growth, multi-entity, or inventory-based environment preferred
