Responsibilities
Install, commission, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair thermal cooling systems at customer facilities, ensuring full system functionality and safety compliance
Collaborate with project teams, customers, and construction trades to meet installation timelines and complete system handover and customer training
Document service activities, including repairs, root causes, materials used, and system condition, and recommend product or process improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of field service experience with strong mechanical and electromechanical experience, preferably in cooling or HVAC-related systems
Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and cooling diagrams and safely use tools, test equipment, ladders, forklifts, and related hardware
Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time
