Fractional / Associate Business Development Representative
Growth Fusion is a fast-growing performance marketing company specializing in insurance, financial services, and home service verticals. They are seeking a fractional or associate-level Business Development professional to represent them in the U.S. market by building relationships with advertisers and agencies and helping onboard them into their ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Identify and engage advertisers, agencies, and networks in the above verticals via LinkedIn, email, and Zoom
Present Growth Fusion’s performance-based solutions and lead-gen capabilities
Qualify potential partners, negotiate terms, and support onboarding into our tracking and compliance systems
Maintain and grow relationships with existing advertisers and identify upsell opportunities
Work closely with internal media and tech teams to ensure smooth campaign launches and delivery
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of performance marketing, affiliate partnerships, or lead generation
Based in U.S., Canada, Israel, or Europe (native or fluent English)
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, adtech, or digital sales
Proven experience working with advertisers in insurance, financial services, or home services verticals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Familiar with tracking and attribution platforms like Everflow, impact, commission junction RedTrack, or Tune
