Responsibilities
Welcome New Clients: Conduct onboarding calls to guide clients through their next steps
File Management: Collect, scan, and upload timeshare documents to Salesforce
Team Player: Assist with incoming mail, emails, chatters, and faxes – making sure nothing slips through the cracks
Process Improvement: Test systems and workflows to keep things running smoothly
Client Focused: Ensure all onboarding materials are completed and submitted, setting clients up for success
Qualification
Required
Organization Rockstar: You're great at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
Team Spirit: You collaborate well with others but can also work independently
People Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Tech Savvy: Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and GSuite is a must!
Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for accuracy and focus on results
