Responsibilities

Serve as a key contributor to the Platform Management Team, supporting the effective operation and governance of the business platform

Lead and support operational projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with stakeholders

Design processes and operating models, and assist in documentation of policies, procedures and controls

Partner with Control, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to enhance the control environment, ensure regulatory and policy adherence, and deliver on issue action plans

Assist with contract management, including review and oversight of client agreements, enterprise contracts, and vendor agreements

Coordinate and manage updates to platform disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards

Coordinate audit activities, including preparation, documentation, follow-up on findings, and collaboration with auditors and internal control functions for business reviews and exams

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills
