This role is responsible for coordinating inventory movement, maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting engineering and logistics teams, and ensuring inventory accuracy through regular audits and counts.

Responsibilities
Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items
Organize, label, and maintain inventory locations for accuracy and accessibility
Respond promptly to inventory requests and collaborate with engineering and logistics teams on procurement activities
Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, inventory movements, and adjustments
Perform regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with inventory control processes and documentation standards
Qualification
Required
Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or inventory management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive)
Hands-on experience with ERP and ordering platforms such as SAP, Appian, Ariba, or similar systems
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site operational environment
Preferred
Prior experience supporting engineering or manufacturing inventory environments
Familiarity with cycle counting, inventory audits, and reconciliation processes
