Responsibilities
Prospect and identify new business opportunities within an assigned territory
Visit local businesses 2–3 days per week to meet with owners and decision-makers
Schedule appointments and conduct in-person sales meetings
Present customized marketing solutions based on client needs
Prepare quotes, proposals, and close new business
Follow up with prospects and clients via phone and email
Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM
Spend time on administrative tasks including quoting, account updates, and follow-ups
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of outside sales or B2B prospecting experience (industry experience is a plus, not required)
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
Comfortable working in a quota-based environment
Ability to work in the field 2–3 days per week
