Responsibilities
Lead cross-language linguistic science and strategy for all workflows
Define phonological, morphological, syntactic, and semantic frameworks
Develop and maintain test suites, adversarial data, golden sets, and evaluation rubrics
Handle complex linguistic escalations and edge-case decision-making
Support ASR/TTS error diagnostics and linguistic model analysis
Mentor Leads, Senior Linguists, and Linguistic Engineers
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and rigor across all languages
Qualification
Required
10–15+ years of experience in linguistics, computational linguistics, or linguistic engineering
Strong expertise in phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and language modeling
Experience supporting ASR, TTS, or NLU workflows
Excellent analytical and linguistic reasoning ability
