Responsibilities
Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail
Assists with billing for the RMSC team
Processes daily shipping via an online system
Composes routine correspondence and e-mails
Copies data and compiles records and reports
Inputs and retrieves data from various computer systems
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
1-2 years of related experience
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Strong verbal communication skills
Strong written communication skills
