Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple corporate projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals
Collaborate with Executive Leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive project success
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts
Apply strong project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) to deliver results
Facilitate discussions, ask insightful questions, and guide teams toward project completion
Provide clear, concise communication with executive leadership and project owners
Experience creating project financial forecasts on a monthly basis
Experience in preparing for Tollgating or phase-gating projects
Experience closely working with Executive Stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Lead and manage multiple corporate projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals
Collaborate with Executive Leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive project success
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts
Apply strong project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) to deliver results

Provide clear, concise communication with executive leadership and project owners
Experience creating project financial forecasts on a monthly basis
Experience in preparing for Tollgating or phase-gating projects
Experience closely working with Executive Stakeholders
Minimum 7+ years of project management experience across diverse business areas
Preferred
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, Waterfall, SDLC
Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Project, Clarity/CA PPM, Azure DevOps
Experience with Project budgeting and forecasting
