Responsibilities
Support Palo Alto technologies: Firewall, Panorama, GlobalProtect VPN, URL Filtering, IoT Security, PRISMA, etc
Support Cisco technologies: Switching, Routing (including SD-WAN), Cisco ISE (802.1X, TACACS), DNA Center, Wireless, ACI, etc
Handle medium-to-high complexity maintenance, RTB support, and incident service requests
Provide solutions for RTB and project efforts
Serve as a project resource for application and infrastructure initiatives
Assist with requirements gathering, recommendations, and solution implementation
Share knowledge as SME through documentation, mentoring, and collaboration
Qualification
Required
3+ years of IT experience or related field
Experience with DNS, DHCP, and Cisco technologies (wireless routing, Cisco ISE/DNA)
Ability to travel (:15%)
Preferred
Certifications: Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE), Palo Alto, ITIL Foundation, Network+, or similar
Experience in manufacturing industry IT
Enterprise-level network management experience
Ability to create network diagrams using Microsoft Visio
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
