Real Estate / Property Analyst

Areli, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate / Property Analyst to provide data analysis for Real Property and Real Estate records for the Department of War customers. The role involves supporting legal documentation research, managing outgrant/ingrant requests, and ensuring compliance with financial data in the General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).

Responsibilities

Provide data analysis for Real Property and Real Estate records to Department of War (DoW) customers
Support researching legal documentation in conjunction with quarterly data exports from REMIS (Real Estate Management Information System)
Assist MOTCO in executing new outgrant/ingrant requests and renewals of expiring legal instruments including licenses, leases, permits, and easements
Conduct annual inspections of outgranted property to ensure the inventory activity is consistent with information in the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
Track outgrant/ingrant requests and renewals; prepare real estate packages; coordinate/collaborate with the stakeholders (i.e. environmental division, installation security, legal counsel); provide status updates and schedule meetings with grantee/grantor
Maintain, digitize, and research historical legal records in the real estate physical and digital folders; assemble and submit quarterly data call taskers; conduct physical inventories of outgranted property with the MOTCO’s assigned Realty Specialist from the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to verify compliance standards
Work closely with the Areli Real Property/GFEBS Analyst to maintain real property financial data in the General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and ensure that MOTCO remains audit ready
Perform GFEBS data analysis, updates, inputs, and edits
Ensure that reporting in GFEBS is consistent with information in the real property physical and digital folders including financial transactions with construction agents and maintenance records
Maintain financial records, conduct physical inventories of Army real property including taking measurements on facilities, ensuring data adheres to business rules, assemble and submit samples for audit, and assist MOTCO civilian personnel with analysis tasks
Work closely with the Areli GIS Project Manager to validate real property measurements and ensure that real estate records in GIS are current

Required

High school diploma and 3-5 years of administrative clerical experience
Professional customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills are required
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
The Analyst must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to effectively maneuver on uneven terrain during real property inventories
Candidate must be a US citizen
Per Government contracting requirements, the candidate must be able to clearly speak, read, and write in the English language, be a US citizen, and pass and maintain a National Agency Check Investigation (NACI)

Preferred

Experience working in audit or real estate preferred
Previous work with GFEBS or REMIS is preferred but not required as the role requires GFEBS training to obtain system access
