Responsibilities

Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis

Maintain accurate general ledger records in accordance with company policies

Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for internal review

Support accounts payable and receivable processes as needed

Assist with job cost and service cost accounting, including cost coding and review

Partner with billing teams to ensure proper revenue recognition and cutoff

Assist with preparation of internal financial reports and schedules

Support balance sheet reconciliations and follow-up on reconciling items

Help identify process improvements and documentation opportunities

Work closely with project administration, service billing, and operations teams

Support audits, job reviews, and internal controls

Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
