Responsibilities

Partner with client stakeholders to reimagine finance processes, uncover opportunities and define strategies that drive business performance

Facilitate engaging workshops that unite finance, IT and operations leaders around a shared vision for transformation

Design future-state operating models that align with client vision, industry best practices and emerging technology trends

Design scalable finance and operations architectures, integrating ERP, automation, analytics, AI/ML and other best-in-class tools

Recommend cross-functional Finance technology solutions, leveraging ERP expertise across core systems of record (AP, AR, GL, FP&A) to determine when to optimize within ERP versus extend with specialized platforms

Apply financial process and internal control knowledge to ensure technology architectures are scalable, compliant and aligned with operational needs

Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering clear roadmaps and thought leadership on the evolving financial technology landscape

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field

Minimum of three years of experience in enterprise architecture, financial systems or digital transformation roles, within a consulting or client-facing environment

Practical understanding of core financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and management reporting

Practical and real-world experience in recommending, implementing, and evolving AI/ML initiatives, intelligent automation or cloud-native architectures

Strong understanding of system architecture principles including application, data and integration layers

Skilled in developing key project deliverables such as architecture diagrams, data migration strategies, roadmaps, assessments and recommendations

Preferred

Proficiency in designing system architectures, mapping business processes, integration flows, evaluating technology capabilities and creating technical design documentation

Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing ERP and finance-related systems such as SAP, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or Infor

Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing solutions in Finance organizations across the Microsoft ecosystem including Copilot, Dynamics, Azure, and the Power Platform
