Responsibilities
Create engaging, brand-aligned content (graphics, videos, captions) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Schedule and publish posts across platforms, maintaining a consistent content calendar
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and assist in community building
Assist with planning and running Google Ads campaigns (keyword research, ad creation, performance tracking)
Track analytics across social media and ads, providing regular performance reports
Help optimize campaigns to increase reach and conversions
Assist with small website updates, such as adding blog posts, updating images, or refreshing copy
Collaborate with the marketing team on improvements for user experience and SEO
Support the Marketing Director with administrative needs
Assist with occasional community projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree required
1–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or related fields (internship or freelance experience welcome)
Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok (posting, reels, stories, and analytics)
Proficient with Canva or other design tools for creating engaging content
Experience with Google Ads
Basic knowledge of website editing
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent written communication and creativity
Preferred
Passion for supporting families through embryo donation and adoption is a plus
