Training Support Administrator
Capita is a leading provider of business services, and they are seeking a Training Support Administrator to aid in delivering training support for military personnel. The role involves managing course enrollments, providing documentation, and supporting practical assessments to ensure effective training delivery.

Responsibilities
Enrolling of students on courses, including the management of any name changes and cancellations
Ensuring all course attendees receive joining Instructions
Providing course managers with attendee lists
Processing all course enquiries
Swap/remove students from courses
Control the production, scanning, archiving and destruction of student exam papers for all relevant courses
Manage Conference Room bookings as required
Produce completion certificates for successful students
Support practical assessments
Qualification
Required
Eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level
Competent with Microsoft Office applications
Good written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in an administration role
Ability to work unsupervised with limited direction
Sound knowledge of office administration
Preferred
Previous experience within training or the military
