Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all affiliate marketing campaigns, including clicks, conversions, commission, and return on investment (ROI)
Data Reporting: Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools to provide clear visibility into performance for stakeholders
Strategic Insights: Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in data to provide actionable recommendations for improving affiliate program efficiency and profitability
Forecasting & Modeling: Assist in building and maintaining models and forecasts to project future performance needs
A/B Testing & Optimization: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize landing pages, offers, and partner performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the leaders on the Commerce Team to understand their business needs, translate them into data requirements, and present findings in an understandable way
Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all data sources, reporting, and analysis

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science
2+ years of professional experience in a data analysis role, preferably within commerce, digital marketing, or affiliate marketing
Strong proficiency in Python, Cloud Architecture, SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
Experience with a business intelligence platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth analysis, draw conclusions, and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization

Preferred

Experience with languages like Python & SQL for data manipulation and statistical analysis
Familiarity with affiliate tracking & Commerce business model, platforms and tools
Proven experience working with large, complex datasets
