GTM Lead

The GTM Lead will shape and execute the company's growth strategy by identifying market opportunities, driving sales initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for an infrastructure platform (from discovery to traction)
Own customer discovery: identify target segments, validate problems, and shape positioning
Build and manage early pipeline through outbound outreach, partnerships, and community engagement
Run demos, onboard teams, and drive pilots from first conversation to measurable value
Develop compelling narratives, messaging, and sales materials that simplify complex technical value
Create and test pricing, packaging, and adoption strategies
Work directly with the founders to influence roadmap with real customer learnings
Turn early wins into repeatable GTM playbooks, case studies, and momentum-building proof points

Required

Experience with Go-To-Market strategy development, sales execution, and customer acquisition
Strong skills in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying business growth opportunities
Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in product positioning, customer insights, and campaign development
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and lead projects effectively
Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Preferred

Prior experience in technology, software, or SaaS companies is highly advantageous
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Strong track record in GTM, sales, growth, or founder-led selling at early-stage startups
Experience bringing technical or developer-focused products to market is a huge plus
Comfortable talking to customers, running demos, and turning conversations into pilots and revenue
Skilled at positioning, messaging, and simplifying complex technical value for different audiences
Data-aware and hypothesis-driven, but willing to move fast and iterate based on real-world feedback
Self-motivated, driven, and excited about building something from the ground up
Comfortable with equity-based compensation and the realities of an early-stage startup
Hungry, scrappy, and motivated by ownership and real impact
