They are seeking Associates to perform financial analysis, conduct diligence, and contribute to underwriting and documentation for asset-based investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis
Conduct diligence
Contribute to underwriting and documentation
Participate in ongoing portfolio monitoring of unique cross-capital structure, asset-based investment opportunities (ABL, term loans, FILO, IP-backed, asset acquisitions etc.)
Draft and synthesize investment materials, including memos and internal presentations

Qualification

Required

2-4 years of experience in private credit, asset based commercial bank lending, or investment banking
Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills
Previous exposure to complex debt and collateralized structured credit transactions
Ability to draft and synthesize investment materials, including memos and internal presentations
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Energy, team-orientation, and a desire to learn

Special situations and/or restructuring experience
