Account Executive
BBI Logistics is a fast-growing brokerage team seeking driven and confident Account Executives. In this role, you will build and manage your own book of business by engaging with customers and carriers in a high-energy sales environment, focusing on lead generation and account management.
Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach
Make 80+ cold calls per day
Negotiate freight rates with customers and carriers
Manage accounts and freight movement using our proprietary TMS
Communicate urgently and effectively to resolve issues in real time
Qualification
Required
Confidence and resilience in a high-volume sales role
Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and handle rejection
Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset
Willingness to work extended hours when needed
