Qualification
Required
Current life insurance license (or ability to obtain one) required
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Strong closing abilities and a service-first mindset
Motivation to grow personally and professionally
Preferred
Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) preferred
3–5 years of consultative or relationship-based sales experience preferred
