Qualification
Required
Competency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents
Experience with Appeals, including researching and drafting appellate briefs
Strong Research skills to analyze case law and legal precedents
Familiarity with Courts and procedures, and a strong understanding of protocol
Proficiency in drafting and filing Motions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Licensed attorney in Texas (required)
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
