This role involves overseeing finance functions, leading financial due diligence for expansions, and ensuring operational efficiency during significant growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the financial modeling and risk assessment for the acquisition of new facilities and the integration of emerging service lines

Direct the system’s capital structure, including debt management, bond issuance, and investment portfolios

Serve as the primary liaison to the Board’s Finance and Audit Committees, providing transparent and actionable reporting

Manage the annual operating and capital budgets ($XXXM+ range), ensuring alignment with the system’s clinical and strategic goals

Optimize the entire revenue cycle continuum, from patient access to back-end collections, ensuring minimal leakage and high compliance

Utilize advanced data analytics to provide "real-time" insights into hospital performance, service line profitability, and labor productivity

Oversee managed care contracting and develop strategies for transitioning from fee-for-service to value-based reimbursement models

Collaborate with the COO and CIO to leverage technology and centralized procurement to drive down costs across the three-hospital footprint
