This role involves supporting operations across events, communications, and administrative tasks to ensure productions and model programs run smoothly.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and support events, from logistics to on-site execution
Manage communications with models, staff, and partners
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, email outreach, and documentation
Assist with marketing campaigns and social media content
Support additional operations as assigned (extra pay negotiable)
Collaborate directly with the COO, Royal Cromwell, and the RxRunway team
Qualification
Required
Proactive and detail-oriented
Ability to coordinate and support events, from logistics to on-site execution
Manage communications with models, staff, and partners
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, email outreach, and documentation
Assist with marketing campaigns and social media content
Support additional operations as assigned
Collaborate directly with the COO and the RxRunway team
Preferred
Fashion industry experience is a plus
Social media experience a plus
Bartending or hospitality experience is highly valued
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced, hybrid environment
