The Perioperative Services Technician is responsible for preparing the OR suite and equipment, assisting OR staff during surgeries, and coordinating supplies and equipment, all while working under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Qualification

Health Care Provider CPROperating Room ExperienceAnesthesia TechnicianCS TechnicianPatient Care ExperienceTroubleshooting Medical Equipment

Required

High school graduate or equivalent required
Health Care Provider level CPR certification

Preferred

Post high school vocational training in a related health care field preferred, such as Anesthesia Technician, CS Technician, NA, HCA, EMT, or Hospital Corpsman preferred
Minimum two (2) years of recent experience in patient care preferred
Previous experience working in an operating room environment preferred
Previous experience troubleshooting medical equipment preferred
